how to become a nurse in U.K.?

Well you will need to start with the NMC and meeting requirements for overseas trained nurse which will include RN experience and English exam, then if you have experience on the UK job shortage occupation list you have a chance on obtaining a work visa otherwise you will struggle for a couple of reasons a) preference has to be given to UK and EU citizen first and b) unemployment in the UK is high at the moment making it hard again for work permit as employer has to prove they can't employ locally first

i see.thank for your reply.so once i register to nmc and passed the english exam there is a chance for me to work in UK? is there a licensure exam in UK like in the US for example they have NCLEX.

There is no license exam for the UK but you do have to be licensed in the country you trained in. Very very hard to get a work permit so I would say a very small chance but will also depend on what experience you have and whether it is on the job shortage occupation list and I noticed that for nurses that has decreased and a few jobs have been taken off the list
