Endorsement In Another State

I'm in the process of being reviewed by the NY BON. During this time, I've decided that I'd like to work in NJ first. As an overseas nurse, will it be the same process? Starting from the beginning? I.e. Applying again to CGFNS, getting the report sent to the board, etc? Thanks in advance for any help!

Then you can not endorse as a license is required before you can.

Oh and CES is different to CVS but CGFNS can use the documents already received.

But once I get a license can it be endorsed or do I have to go through the whole process again because I'm a foreign graduate?

Depends on the state, some still require CES report if you trained outside the US and usually states so on their website
