complete and utter lack of will power...

...thats my excuse for being back on this board, I should be finishing my essays only about 2000 words to go, and my CAP document to write up into pen, but I just can not find the motivation to finish it.

I have now decided that instead if going back to work for Mencap or Mc Donalds, I am going to go work for Yorkshire water... they pay better... and it could be useful to know how to unbloakc drains.

I hate literature reviews, if this last piece was an essay I would have written it days ago, but because it is a literarture review I am just about pulling my hair out! (Yes I am ranting again, sorry)

My wonderful supervisor, who also is marking my essay (so much for annomous marking) keeps harping on, about hitting a format, and maybe then it could be sent of for publication...

I am sure she is on another planet, the only thing worth 'sending off' is the paper planes now sitting on my floor!

Sorry for ranting I tried yelling and screaming the other day and that didn't help either... and neither did chocolate!!

If I do an NVQ, do I have to write literature reviews? or can I get by on projects and essays. The bank have offered me full time hours if I am willing to attend college and get and NVQ in health care, so it even seems like the trust wants me off the course.

*deep breath* finished ranting now, going to try and go back to my thrice dammed work, or I might decide to go to a carol concert, not sure yet.

Just kidding. Do something nice for yourself and give it a break.. but not tooooo long. The longer you wait, the harder it is to want to dive back into it.

only 1300 words to go now I have decided, (read threatened into going) tol go to the csarol service, who knows maybe divine intervention will inspire me.

Thanks Jnette, Sorry for ranting on, I am in such a foul mood, I am tryign to write and just can't get any done... so I am going to go to the concert (eek need to go and get ready) and then Hopefully later when I come back on line I will have done the rest of the word count!

Whcih will give me all of Monday and Tuesday to proof read, and make any corrections and write my CrAP document.

Okay, feeling better now I have a plan,

I can't help it my computer keeps find its way back to this site (and the internet as a whole all by itself)

However I am sat writing my essay as well, I have done another two hundred words...

If i was doing the dipHE I would have finished by now!!

No divine inspriation so far, although I am sure I tested more than a few angels, as the roof didn't come down around me.

Oh well, instead of proof reading and finishing my cap, looks like I;ll be typing still tomorrow.. which is what half an hour away?

And have I mentioned I hate essays, an exam would have been so mcuh better,as both the essay and the literature review only look at a tiny part of their repective modules.

Have a feeling that next semester my placement report could be the only thing keeping me on the course, happy thought if /when I fail these essay the resubmission date will be at the same time as another 4000 word essay and half of my dissertation (which I think had to be between 6000-8000 words, but uni hasn't decided yet)

I am going back to wrestling with Corner now... I hadn't realised it was possible for one person to publish so many articles but wow it makes my struggles seem pitiful.

And Karen, If your essay is on prescribing you should have my supervisor, she cheerfully admits that although she is marking my essay cancer is not her subject and she runs the nurse prescriber courses at my uni, every time I got to supervision I have to climb, hurdle and squeeze around boxes and boxes of NPFs!
