Hello. The first thing to do is read the "Primer" thread at the top of the postings. This should have a lot of information you will need.

Which state do you want to work in, as they have different requirements?

unless state BON requires CGFNS exam I wouldn't bother doing it, much better doing NCLEX. AS said previous a lot depends on where you want to work, also Primer makes a good read

Thank you for all your advice, I will consider better before making my choice. I only want to study and work in an English-speaking countury,eg. USA or England ect. for some time. I know little about these counturies especially their nursing, so I confused which countury should be my best choice, and I don't know even which state I should work in is better. Now, it is being thinking in my mind, and I want to have the result quickly.

Thank you for all your advice again!

New stuff has come out with immigration and hospitals in the UK have to employ a nurse through this route... Nurse born in the UK then Nurse from the EU lastly nurse from wlsewhere in the world. Also some changes with the NMC. Hospitals at the moment are going through financial difficulties and laying staff off including nurses.

good luck in whatever you decide
