hi im a 2nd courser...i went to this school in quezon city for one semester.then transferred to this school in manila where i graduated BSN.in applying for licensure by examination do i need to request for my transcript in QC and have it sent directly to BRN where im applying for my licensure by examination?coz the copy of my grades was already forwarded in my school in manila and the transcript from my 1st school was already integrated in my official transcript.i asked the registrar in manila if i still needed to request a copy of my grades in my school in Qc and the reg told me i dont have to coz its already included in my official transcript.now im confuse if i still need to ask this sch in QC for a copy of my grades or i dont have to coz they already forwarded it in my sch in manila and it is already in my official transcript....anyone who have gone through the same situation as mine?what did u do? thanks

my friend went to 3 schools, she just requested the nursing school where she graduated coz transcripts from previous schools are already incorporated in it.

it doesnt post any problem in her application to take nclex naman? tnx :)

Yes, you have to write in the application form the name of all the nursing schools you have attended. They will know it because the name of the schools will reflect on the transcript.

Hi Kirsten n Precy,

I'm glad to have stumbled upon this thread. I'm a second courser as well and have gone through 3 nursing schools myself. My final and full transcript incorporated all the subjects I've taken from the three nursing schools I attended, including that of my 1st course and this was the only transcript I submitted to CA BON. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems over this with the CA BON and eventually was declared eligible. Furthermore, I only wrote the name of the last school in the application form.

I was wondering though, if you have hurdled the same predicament for the visa screen application. Are you ladies at this stage already? I'm at a loss as to whether or not I should write down all the nursing schools I attended in the visa screen application form because if I do, the form instructs you to ask all schools you attended whether you completed the course there or not, to send your academic records to the ICHP (the body that handles visa screen).

But the thing is my credentials and transcripts from the two previous schools have already been transferred accordingly to my last school and the final transcript as I mentioned above already reflects all the nursing subjects of the nursing degree program.

Would appreciate any feedback on your visa screen experience. Thanks!!

Sunflower14, I am not sure about this but MAYBE you can write the name of all the schools that you attended and the years (or months) that you attended each school. that way, they'll know how you finished BSN. Say if you indicate only the last school that you attended and you've been there for only 2 years or so, they might get suspicious as to how you were able to graduate BSN in 2 years and may cause some delay in the processing of your documents. Good luck and again, this is only my opinion.
