do i need to pay first for the processing fee ($335) before i could submit the documents needed?
are these the only documents they require :request for transcript,request for validation of license, photo,payment?
whenever i call their customer service, it keep asking the applicant id number,
im not sure i have it,or do i get it when i pay the full amount? or make an order???
i appreciate any concerned reply!

you can also send all the required documents like hs diploma (if they require it), sealed transcript from your school, application form plus the money order payment (put them into a single envelope).
they will not process anything without a complete payment. -
