New Grad RN thinking of moving

I graduated in May and passed boards just s few weeks ago. I have my active KY license but haven't found a job here, especially as I want to work NICU. I've applied to Clarian North, but haven't heard anything yet (of course I just applied Friday). I really want to work with infants and truely do feel this is my calling.

Any advice?

St Vincent is in North Indianapolis, they have a children's hospital, Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
