City Colleges of Chicago: Fall 2012

Hi!

I thought I would start a thread for those of us who have applied for the Fall 2012 Nursing Program at the City Colleges of Chicago. I have heard that they are letting people know on April 18th. Let's hope that's accurate because I'm so anxious to find out! Post here if you've heard anything at all in regards the the Nursing Program!

Yes smrecendez, I did everything before Feb10. But I could not remember what is my confirmation no. and I don't know that i have it or not. :(

I don't think it's an absolute necessity to have your confirmation #, unless they say they never got your application. Has anyone else gotten any word from CCC? I am going absolutely NUTS!!! :uhoh3: I think I'm going to sit by my computer or phone and refresh my email every 5 minutes until I find out!!! Every minute that goes by without an email I get more and more worried. I know there are a lot of emails to go out but I'm really just not feeling it.

Me neither :( I hope I get an email from them... I spoke to Dr. Gurney in a disappointed tone yesterday, I hope it will not affect the decision...

Congratulations MrSmeli!!! :cheers: If you don't mind me asking what time did you get the email, and what is your GPA. I've heard that they're not looking at anyone's application if you're less than a 3.2, but I don't know if that is just a rumor or what.

Ha, sskrips, I find that funny because I didn't want to call or email or anything for fear of irritating them and being put on the "list". I could just see them putting a big red mark on my application. I'm positive that is not what is really going on so don't worry.

I'm going so crazy here wanting to know one way or another I'm ready to call and just say "reject me already!"

To those of you who have been accepted so far a big congratulations to you!! Also would all of you mind posting you GPA and TEAS scores on here..im going crazy wondering if I even have a chance. Big Thanks in advance.

I'm still waiting on a response but my gpa is 3.8 and I got an 80% on the teas. I'm so nervous
