Sick of nights, wknds and holidays

:nurse: :nurse: I am sick of working all day then having to go out again at night for oncall SOC, working every major holiday and weekends are the worst! I work for a small outfit so there's 4 of us and we're sread pretty thin. Management does not do call except 1 wknigt per month. I love my job but hey I'm 45 yo and these all-nighters are killin me. How does your oncall work, anybody else out there getting weary?

There are other options out there - especially now. I have never worked nights or a holiday and I have been steadily employed since graduation 7 years ago. Make your own options - don't put up with stuff you don't like. Good luck to you!
