Hi. I just spoke with a recruiter from Bayada about possibly working peds homecare. Everything I've heard so far has been mostly positive. Never worked for them. They are a for-profit homecare agency mostly Mid East Coast--based in NJ. Strong supporter of nursing groups. Reputation is good. Saw today they're active with NJ Home Care association (reviewed Assoc. agency list today at work).
