Late Shift Health

hmm......i cannot fathom the idea of working day shifts.....i am so weird in that i am a true nocturnal being. i can do 10 x the work at night or evening than i ever could in regular day time....i despise mornings and avoid early rises if i can. i would go insane if i was a day worker....ahhh.......i love night time! wooo hoooo..just wish i knew why i cant function in day hours????

Do I feel you there!! I've been a night person since ... at least junior high. I wish I wasn't so I could be more 'normal' or whatever, but heck, I'll just work it to my advantage and get the shift diff!
