I'm like "WHAAT? Turn your poop?" then yep you finally finished your sentence ROFL!

Tummy is already down from not eating sugar and flour, amazing. Feel kinda whiny though lol!

Yeah, I guess that was kinda confusing. Sorry about that.

I am happy for you regarding the sugar and flour abstinence. Sounds great. It's okay to be whiny for a while, Zoe. You've been through alot. Just give your life, body, mind and soul to heal and be revitalized. :heartbeat

Had a good day to day with the family and girlfriend. I also slept on and off today, which was good. My eating habits were not good though, and my body is really feelin it. Super yucky.

Any whoosie, I'll write more in a couple of days or so. Boys are messing around and it's bed time.

((((((((( Gentle)))))))))))yep will be "Gentle" lol

was nice to be at church all services yesterday, ahhhhh.... went to a wedding shower in between, and talked to one of my brothers on the phone quite a while, he seemed to have had the hardest time about my dad. :( When he was little I used to dress him like a girl! He was my favorite plaything (except when mom MADE me watch him then I didn't want him around ha ha!)

Am doing ok w/ the food (miracle since I could not eat ANYthing at the shower, fortunately I had had a hearty lunch first!) haven't been back to the gym but will be today :)

Our internet has been down (turns out I'm pretty dependent on that--and sugar) and so I've been off for awhile. DH fiddled around and fixed it tonight--hopefully not only a temp fix.

Zoe, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. You're going through a real rough time. Take it easy and pm me if I can help in any way. You'll definitely be in my prayers. :icon_hug:

snort. fortunately, i've never been in that position. maybe you should talk to a nurse about those darn hiccups...:D

i was there when my grandpa and fil died and they were both pretty incredible experiences. death isn't always a bad thing.

yep we are talking short, most of us are, of 10 kids only 2 are considered tall, the rest of us are "undertall"!

hiccups are gone. boy those white trays are nasty. i have tried other products and thought this would cover better but it doesn't seem that way. my teeth have been yellow since i was a young kid anyway :(

i wasn't present at the time dad died but was there 2 hrs before. i'm told he simply did not take the next breath that was due and that was that :) his last 12 hrs or so were very peaceful thank god. i personally think it was merciful - i've seen people go out in so much pain and misery and fear, sigh, so glad that wasn't my pops....

Hi everyone,

I'm alive over here. Started walking again yesterday.:) Weight is stable. :yeah: My cellulite is very frightening in a swimsuit at the pool. :lol2:

Not eating very well :nono:, but doing the best I can and stay sane.

I had to cut back on the coffee, though, the insomnia was getting bad. I think it may have worked out for the best. I ended up drinking alot of water and I still feel okay. Repeat cut back on coffee, I did not stop drinking coffee. I love coffee and tea. :wink2:

Time for bed. out to work tomorrow. hope everyone's week is going well.

I worked some overtime this week on my gym days and onlly managed to sqeeze in one day of exercise, plus didn't eat well. I shouldn't sacrifice healthy eating to work extra. I have to find a balance.

You are brave to do the bathing suit thing, I am too chicken! Plus too lazy to shave above my knees lol

I am eating pretty well, even went out to dinner last nite and did ok.

Worked out yesterday, felt good, relieved some stress, my wt is down a little and my body feels a little more "snug" lol... and my BP is not bad (altho, on meds...)

Please God help me continue! that is harder I think than starting!

Yeah, we "know better" but it still happens. It's like going on automatic and "forgetting" we are important - or in my case often I am trying to soothe myself with food and quiet time... but - does it really work? I feel worser.

Help me remember that!!

Ain't that the truth Zoe??

Zoe,

No choice with the swimsuit issue. The boys are 6 and 8 years old. We spend lots of time at the pool every week. It's either get in and get wet or be shot by all the little/big water guns and be wet. I chose to get in the pool. Swimming is decent exercise and I find that I feel much more relaxed after time in the pool playing with the kids.

As far as the eating goes. I'm just doin the best that I can to keep on keepin on.
