    Ha Ha, imagine if this was a reality show, it may very well be a hit. I am in good hopes that we may hear something monday. Then again, I am just filling myself with falkse hope lol.

    Lunah How many alternates do you think are selected within weeks of the boards. Like what % of the alternates do you think get picked up.

    I'm really not sure. I would guess the smaller number that is selected, the fewer that turn down the opportunity and open it up for those on the OML. It will all be a numbers game, I'm sure ... how many slots are really available, how many apply, how many accept the commission, etc. I mean, I can't imagine getting selected and turning it down -- our AMEDD application was 49 pages back when I applied, and I spent tons of time getting my packet contents together. Plus I really wanted to do it. But I'm sure people do decline for one reason or another.

    yeah the new application is over 70 pages. 66 pages alone in one pdf. lol. From what I understand about the alternates, is this. they select the wuota needed at the board. And that is the Number needed right away. They can use alternates to fill slots that become available through out the time until the next board. is that correct.

    All I know is that if I have to wait an extra week my fingers will be worn to nubs and i will most likely have a stress ulcer. Please let the results come this week.

    Waiting sucks, only thing keeping me sane on Army boards is wife is 49 weeks and having Braxton hicks for a week now. Today they have been strong and 10-12 apart, sooo now it's a race between baby and army

    I was like 49 weeks? Hey just bring your phone with you to the hospital. And good luck with the baby. is this your first baby?
