Hey, received orders for for hood for CNTP. Has anyone has experience working at the hospital as a nurse? How is their CNTP program?

I have been to the hospital website but there is no info there for incoming nurses. I just googled it. Thanks for the info!

^ tough question.

Do you value being close to family? Living abroad or valuable experience?

Any of the possibilities, im not looking for anything specific. Just some well rounded areas for anything you value.

Personally, im single and have no dependents so I would value experience oriented installations.

Hi, I am a civilian working at CRDAMC L&D. I sent you an e- mail. You will love it here. They will probably send you for an L&D course, which is now held here at CRDAMC instead of Hawaii. Once our of the program, you might pull calls here and there.

I mean , once you are off the program, you might pull calls. We do self scheduling in L&D.

Awesome! Thanks for the info Owethu123. I really hope I can get into L&D. Checking my email now.

Carson is not what it used to be and I would rather eat my eyeball with a fork than to ever go back

Schofield was expensive.

And JBLM (Lewis) is a work in progress.

I would love to try Reed ;)

I am from WA so I am biased for Lewis but it is in the top 5 posts easily. Great weather, scenery and people.

Carson is great IMO, everything is new and the environment is similar to Seattle except with harsher summers/winters.

Most posts in the South I would avoid and Reed is near a dump area.

Carson and Lewis are still my top two. I forgot to include Sam Houston which isn't a bad post too just small.

With the wars winding down slots are small ( I had a Germany slot though) and you will be gimped with experience. My friends in Germany sit on their thumbs most of the time....not enough patients

Thats true too...but, there are upsides..which is of course, being outside of the states. I didn't think reed was a dump, and BAMC..eh...pro's/con's..San Antonio wasn't for me.

JBLM (Tacoma) is sometimes wild. But having just gone down that way (I live north of Seattle razz) I can see why people love it there.

Why my reply says RAZZ I do not know

New tablet has a learning curve lol
