Hey everyone! I just wanted to start a thread for those people headed to COT in January. Comment if you're going and let's keep each other updated and share any helpful news we learn along the way!

Specializes in NICU.

bb5968-- So when you got the call from your recruiter saying you were selected you found out when you were going to COT and what your first duty station was going to be? What was your first step after finding out you got selected?

morgan_porgan--Correct, when I got the call, I learned when I was going to be attending COT, where I would be doing the NTP and my first duty station. After I found out that information I had to sign yet more paperwork and go through MEPS. I had already completed the background check paperwork or else I would have had to fill that out as well. Now I am just waiting for all the paper work to be finalized and to commission (it'll probably be in November) and then it's off to COT I go.

DaniO'Regan--- Congrats on finishing your WHNP! I just graduated from Nursing school in May and am entering this NTP program through the OB route. I hope to eventually get my WHNP :)

Hey! I just joined last week---are you in it?!!

Heather and MadeInMaine-- I'm also heading to San Antonio for NTP and Travis AFB, CA:) I'm excited to meet you both!! Have you guys joined the FB page?
