Yay!! On to block 3 for me!!!

I know the board is littered with "I passed/failed" threads right now but I just wanted to celebrate too. Passed med/surg 1 with a B and start block 3 with OB/Peds and med/surg 2 in 5 weeks. I'm so excited that I graduate in about a year, and start a concurrent RN-BSN program next summer so I can get my ADN next December followed by my BSN the following December. Feels like life is really moving somewhere now.

Time me for a little break, then back to the no life hustle of nursing school. Congrats to all those who also passed!!

It's NAU. You just have to have at least a 3.0 in all the pre reqs for the RN-BSN program (same as for the CEP) and be passing your nursing core to maintain above a 3.0 cumulative GPA. My campus has a packet that explains it. Whichever campus you end up attending should have it too. The NAU website does not have info on the concurrent RN-BSN that I could find. But the cost is half that of ASU and 3/4 the cost of GCU.

Thanks! Something to look forward to then :)

That is really neat mrsboots87! I hope it all works out for you.

can I ask how much your RN to BSN program is?

Around $11000-12000. Unless there is a tuition increase in there before I finish. But not too terrible. ASU would be just under $25000 and GCU just under $18000

Congrats MrsBoots!!! So happy for you... good luck in Block 3! I will be starting Block 2.... are you graduating Dec. 2015? Because you wrote Med/Surg 2 (is that block4)?

Med/surg 2 is half of block 3. Then critical care and psych is block 4

Congrats!!! :)
