hi, I just passed my exit hesi yesterday with a score of 992. Can I start applying for jobs right now or I will have to wait until I get my license?

Yes, there are many places willing to hire new grads on the grounds that they pass the boards, as PP stated. Start applying early!

This is my exact situation. Told them I would be taking the NCLEX in June and they hired me (in February).
