What's your take on Allheart.com?

i have read on allnurses that allheart can take forever to receive an order. i can't afford that kind of time wasted on an item i really need. let's take a vote - who has gotten their items fairly quickly (4-6 days) and who has had to wait an eternity for their items? allheart does have some phenomenal prices and i'd like to take advantage of them!

I'm surprised this hasn't been pulled. I posted about AllHeart's terrible customer service a few months ago & the posting immediately got pulled.

I, too, had trouble getting the stethoscope that I ordered from them, again, out of stock & they didn't let me know. I finally had to buy one locally. When I finally got in contact with someone, they told me it had been sent but I could send it back. Frankly, I didn't trust them to credit my card & so now that stethoscope sits in it's box.

I know they have good prices but they blew it with me.

There must've been another reason. Lots of folks, including me, have posted the same thing without its being pulled.

I have ordered from them many times and had a problem most of the time.

Once I ordered two pairs of pants and got them and they didn't fit very well. So I followed their instructions and sent them back to exchange them. Well, about three weeks later, I get the exact same pairs of pants back, same size, same color, probably the same exact ones. So I sent them back AGAIN and finally get what I wanted another three or four weeks later. By that point, I've paid for shipping three times and waited six or more weeks.

A couple of other times, I've ordered multiple items in one shipment. They neglected to tell me that one item was backordered and put my entire order on hold. They finally responded to an email from me and told me what was up and asked if they should just ship the rest of the thigns. Well DUH! Of course you should have shipped them. So that meant I had to go out and buy the items in a store here (they were for first day of clinicals), so now I have two of everything.

Also, last time I checked, there is NO phone number ANYWHERE on the site. Kind of says something right there, huh.

So as a result of these experiences, I will not be ordering from them anymore. I've found some great uniform shops local, and will use something like reddingmedical if I have to order something special.

Welll, they finally posted a phone number but it still doesn't matter to me. I simply don't trust them.

I ordered a Littman stethoscope from them (with engraving) and it got here in like 3 days. I'm happy.

I've placed several orders with them and have never had any problems. Always have received my shipments without any issues. I have not ordered a stethoscope from them, so maybe that's a separate issue within the company.

Another bad experience here.

I placed an order and it took WEEKS for it to arrive. It was a small order and there was no engraving. When I tried to call the number was not on the site and I too had to track it down to call. This was within the past year so unless this was a fluke they have no gotten their stuff together.

Another great place for stuff is http://www.reddingmedical.com I ordered an engraved stethoscope and I had it in 24 hours. I still can't figure out how they did this...they are not local and I didn't pay for expedited shipping.

I took forever for me to get my stethoscope. It was annoying but there price was so cheap on Littman's I didn't mind too much. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Absolutely no problems at all. I've ordered from them several times including all of my stethescopes. I received my shipment always within 7 days...and their prices are very reasonable.

I just placed my first order with them on the 17th, and I got an immediate email response with my order summary. I got 2 emails on the 18th, 1 saying that my order has been shipped and 1 with all my tracking info. So my stuff is on its way, no problems so far.

Maybe they've addressed their abysmal customer service issues.

I ordered a white lab coat from them for clinicals and it took over 3 weeks to get it. Never received a confirmation after I placed my order or anything.

To top it off, when I received the lab coat, it looked "used"

Never again would I use allheart.com
