What does your program call the final class, where you basically do a nurse's job for x amount of hours and she/he is there to guide & help? Ours is called practice elective but our classes always have weird names that don't describe the class (&/or clinical).

"Senior Practicum & Leadership"
I'm in this class right now, even though I don't graduate until May.With our class size, we can do it at any point during our senior year, as there are four rotations. I love it...don't want to go back to regular classes.

Ours was called "Clinical Role Transition" in the course guide, but for some reason we always referred to it as our "synthesis" instead.

The last semester's classes are:
Integrated Client Management (5 credits)
Management of Client Care (2 credits)
and of course,
Clinical -Nursing (RN Training) (5 credits).
I'm not sure what the difference btw the first two are. ?????
