Are there nursing schools under 2 year (NOT accelerated) in or around NC?

I think that any program under 2 years is going to be accelerated, since 2 years is the time it takes to get an ADN. In fact, it's usually more like 3 years. You can get an LVN in less than 2 years, if you have the proper prereqs already.

I don't know about NC specifically, but I agree that anything that is quicker than usual will be, by definition, accelerated.

The only other option I see is that some schools don't take breaks and you can finish more quickly that way. One of the programs in my area doesn't consider itself to be accelerated but you complete your BSN in 15 by cutting out summer and Christmas vacations. You might try looking for something like that.

For RN/ NO...ADN is 2 year. YOu're stuck.

I have no idea if a diploma program exist in your state, however that may be an option. Although for the most part those types are rare, usually run through a hospital.
