Hopefully I won't hate them then. All I can say is they are 10x better than the white bottoms I had to wear at OCTC! Got any tips or tidbits about our program? I was in owensboro's nsg program in second semester when I had to drop three weeks before finals because I was having pregnancy complications and delivered early. I didn't like their program very well so I transferred to wku. I could have started back in second but decided to take fundamentals again. Of what I've heard from my advisor they are quite the different programs. Octc requires you to have cna already and don't even mess with any cna skills vs wku we learn cna skills... My biggest problem is going to have to remember I can't do all the skills I had already checked off on at Octc like meds, caths, ng tubes, Ivs and such.

I think the red labcoat is very cool. My school uses the very generic wait for it... WHITE LAB COAT, red polo shirt- though I think they are switching to green now, and white slacks. Again red-bloody awesome

Wow, I had no idea WKU's BSN program had the alternate option choice already in place. That means the alternative for the ADN program shouldn't be too difficult to come up with I suppose.

This is the first year that they are going to be using the performance for BSN. I don't know why they are even letting it be an option if so many are having issues with them in the ADN! I would think that they would have just stuck with the Cherokee uniforms. I also think they would be able to come up with the ADN's alternative quite quickly then! I hope they have another option for all of you this fall!
