Has anyone seen this magical tool??? I saw it in our bookstore and it is worth every bit of the $22 I paid for it. It is a pocket sized guide to almost everything we have learned. It shows you everything from assessment techniques, lab values, to what A Fib actually looks like on an EKG. The coolest thing about it is you can write on it and wipe it off with an alcohol wipe! I love it. Someone in my class said she got hers at Border's Bookstore for $14. Definately go check it out. I showed it to my instructor and the faculty even support us using them. It's like a huge cheat sheet!

I've got that one too. Love it! You can write in it with a pen and erase with alcohol pad. It's a little spiral so you can carry it in your pocket if you need it. ISBN number is 0-8036-1060-2.
Cool thanks!! I found it online...now to see if the local store has it so I can look at it "up close"

I bought RNotes last week for $22 and it is very worth it. At first glance you may think that it is too much, but believe me, it has essential information that you will always use. I highly recommend it to all students. In fact, I know one school that has it as a required "book".

I heard about this in an earlier thread. It is something that I am keeping in mind when I get to nursing school. Whoever first suggested it...THANK YOU!

At our school it was one of the "suggested" books this semester. I keep it in my purse as a study guide when I have a few minutes while waiting on the kids....

There was a post about this book not long ago. I went ahead and got it, and it is great! I always carry it with me for clinicals, it's a great reference. I ordered mine through FA Davis.

I am an RN of 6 years and I ran across this book at Borders a few months ago. Very handy little reference book. Wish they had something like this when I was doing clinicals!
