Hello all! I am starting week 4 of first semester. We had our first lecture test this morning over 12 chapters, I got a 98! We have checked off on vital signs, I got a 100, and I checked off today on physical assessment with documentation, another 100. YAY! All of this with a very sick (chronically) little girl at home who had surgery last week and will be having another surgery tomorrow, and a third one next week. I am juggling her appointments around classes. Hope everyone else is doing well!

Get you a good review book and practice questions from the book prior to the exams this will help you so much!!!!! I graduated in May and did not realize this until my last semester after starting this came a way with As. this also helps you become comfortable with taking NCLEX type questions so when you do complete your nursing studies, you will be more confident good luck to you keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
