So I have both, and I now notice that there isn't a program for writing papers on it. So does anyone know of programs that are comparable to microsoft word? Thanks so much :)

I just found out from my nursing program that all our books will be on an iPad. Most things can be done on the iPad the instructors said but our pharmacology stuff works better on a laptop/macbook air. I generally use my macbook air right now the most for typing things. But for looking at my books I will use the iPad.

Thank you MommaTy for your reply. Do you end up taking both to class? If not, which one do you use in the class room?
Thank you.

Apple has just announced their new product line. I got the souped-up MacBook Air I wanted...for $50 less than the previous model. I pick itup in a week, and they let me finance it for 18 months at 0%. :) :: doing the happy dance! ::
Good day:
Congrats on your purchase.
Did you get the extended care plan? Are those types of plans worth it when it comes to Apple products?
