Infant care plan help?

I am working on a care plan for a healthy newborn and am having trouble coming up with diagnoses. I have risk for infection b/c of a circumcision dressing, risk for altered family processes b/c he is the first baby, his mom had a C-section and is returning to work soon. I need two more, any suggestions? I was thinking about Potential for Enhanced Organized Infant Behavior but cannot find any info about this one. Thanks for any help!

For the circumcision:

Ineffective health maintenance r/t deficient knowledge (parental) regarding care of surgical area
