HESI EXIT EXAM #4

Nursing Students General Students

Published

I am not sure what to do anymore. I have just taken the hesi exit exam for the 4th time and got an 845 and needed an 850 in order to get my transcripts. We can take it as many times as needed by the end of fall, but my brain is so tired, and not sure I can take much more. We have remediation that we have to do and it is 3000 nclex questions before we retake. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get through this. is there anyone out there that has had to take this as many times as I have? Help someone.

Hello jollydog_RN, I was just wondering if its possible to get some info regarding HESI, i'm at my 3rd try...any help will be appreciated. thanks!

susannecollins13 or anyone?

im taking the pn verison for the 2nd time this wednesday i have been very stressed need an 850. our school let us graduate but we can't mail our paperwork in to the board untill hesi score of 850 . we only have 1 more try this wed .. i need all the help i can get????????????

Honestly: I think if you have that hesi book, it has a little green and blue on there...I would read a lot of information from that. That is your best bet to get stuff right. However, wednesday is not far from that time and the Hesi versions all differ. Even if I have hesi 4 for example, you likely get a different version. Not sure how to help. I posted something on page seven I think you can copy that

maselashley....i took hesi the third time...v1, v2 and v3 all differs... the info u get in v1 or v2 might me different from someone else doing the same version... this pple have a lot of version that i wonder where they get it from...all i can say is do read the hesi book, go thru the cd and if u have" illustrated nclex pn study guide cd"... go thru it as well...really helped me passed the third time and also with prayers all things re possible...ope this helps...

Was this Evolve Hesi Exit Exam #3

yeah, it says v3 and retest 2

I just have a little advice for passing the Hesi: Try as much as possible not to spend so much time answering each question. I noticed a lot of people spend a lot of time on each question all because they want to get it right (esp. me), but the end result is that, spending so much time on a question makes you think outside the box (question); so try and use 1 min for a question.

Second advise is that- DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ANSWERS. this is a common mistake in nursing exams; once you key in that answer, just go next. dont try to change it again. A lot of the answers you change is always from the right ones to the wrong ones. I really hope this helps, because it did for me.
