Help covering tattoos?

I'm not sure where to put this topic...

I have several tattoos but only two that are a problem for me to completely cover. I have a large chest piece that most certainly will peek out from my scrub tops and one on my arm that goes just below the sleeve. I have been searching tirelessly for shirts that are 3/4 sleeve...or even long sleeve that I could cut to the right length and hem. That's not a problem, but finding shirts that come up high enough to completely cover my chest piece is proving to be an issue.

I have checked out a few local shops for something that will work and they're either too low or high dollar.

If anyone has some suggestions (shirts, makeup, any suggestions) I would greatly appreciate some help! I'm starting nursing school this fall and I would like to be prepared to follow the guidelines.

I've never used it myself, but other posters have recommended dermablend to cover tattoos. There's also something called tattoo camo but I haven't read any reviews.

I have a chest piece that goes above my collar bone and I always find long sleeve shirts that go up high enough at forever 21. Forever 21 has the best long sleeve shirts, but sometimes target has the long sleeve merits brand that works too. And both stores are cheap. Whenever I buy them, I stock up and will get 15-20 at once because they don't carry them all the time.

I mean merona brand.

If you use the AN search feature you will find lots and lots of very specific advice. Suggest skipping most of the I'm-so-special-my-tats-are-soooooo-meaningful dreck and go directly to the posts addressing your specific questions. Congratulations on showing more maturity than the special snowflakes evidence. :)
