Hi there,

Anyone knows any 2-year tuition forgiveness RN programs in the country? I have already got my bachelor's degree and would not mind going to anywhere of the 50 states.

I believe that Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville Fl does.... after you work for them for a year I think

I know for sure that if you work on the navajo reservation you can have a nice chunk of your loans forgiven. Do some research and try to find the number for the Tuba City Hospital... you may need to call the navajo chapter house to get it. Talk to the human resources department about loan forgiveness... thats what I plan to do after I get my BSN

I went to Tuba City Hospital and they fraud nurses coming there with telling them they will pay student loans for a 2 year contract, to benefit there hospital. They had a critical need for RN's and they are on a reservation Navajo Nation they are not governed by the US Government, and you have to go thru Navajo Labor board for any type of problem you have there. here is my story. I read your story in the link and that's definitely wrong what they did but you say in it "It was not in the contract per both recruiter and HR Mr. N stated it was guaranteed if one didn't pay the other one would no need to have it in contract." So that is probably going to be hard to win. I don't point this out to argue, because it sounds like you definitely were lied to and misled. But I think this is a good lesson for anyone else signing contracts of employment. If it isn't written in the contract, assume you aren't getting it. There are plenty of times people are verbally told things about compensation that an employer can decide not to follow through on.

If we didn't chart it, it didn't happen. Similarly, if they didn't put it in the contract, it's not guaranteed.
