Ever dream about school?

I keep having these wild crazy dreams about what NS is going to be like. Just got accepted this past April and begin in August. It must be anxiety related because I'm clearly nervous as heck! Last nights dream was odd:

We were given an unannounced test. I began taking it but the people around me were being incredibly disruptive. I couldn't concentrate. Suddenly, a girl who was in my micro class and has also been accepted, sat down in her seat and began crying. Loudly. Like a baby. No, really. She sounded just like an baby. She kept on and on. I tried to focus. The next question was a division problem but with letters instead of numbers. The girl in the seat next to me pulled my hair. I turned to tell her to stop and the instructor yelled at me, "NO TALKING! YOU'RE OUT OF HERE!"

Any of you have nutso dreams about school?

I had a simular test where we were given a pop test in med/surg and I needed to get 12 answers right or I would be kicked out of the program and their were at least 11 that I had to guess on.

I had another were I got into some sort of argument with the instructor and ended up getting kicked out. When I woke up I was so relieved that it was all a dream

I've had quite a few. I think the first and my favorite was about clinicals. I was wandering around the floor looking to see if I could help anyone. I noticed someone in a room that only had a curtain and went in to see what I could do. The nurse was preparing a dead body and I offered to help. She had me take a pencil and I was to trace the lines on his body. So I'm doing this and she's doing something else and the guy pops up and asks what we're doing--he knew we were preparing him for the morgue. The nurse told him that he was just about dead, so we were getting started on the body preparation. I was horrified because I didn't realize he was actually not dead.

nope just a nightmare about one clinical experience. I watch too many zombie movies.

I had one set in a hospital, but it was mostly about a mirror-monster. The place was deserted but I had to do something to complete my clinical assessment? LOL

I start in the fall as well and I had one about clinicals. I'm trying to start an IV or something and suddenly the patient just dies, like without me barely touching him! So I freak out and my other classmates and the instructor are trying to hide the body before the nurse comes back. LOL man it was crazy.

Funny story, in real life, not a dream, the second I stuck my pt for an IV they coded. So it can happen, at least the first part. Just to keep you on your toes ;)

OMG that is terrible.

I graduated college in May 2008, and for a year and a half after that, in December and May, I would wake up in a panic a few times thinking I forgot to study for some test or finish an assignment. I realized this was the first time I hadn't had final exams since elementary school. I'm crossing my fingers that I'm through with that until I start school again this summer, but I don't think I'll ever get rid of the call bells in my dreams...
