Well, so, ok, I am a copycat. I was going thru some threads and noticed how many "class" threads there are. So, here is my class thread!
How's everyone doing so far?! I'm doing ok. I went and spoke to my advisor yesterday and we planned out my schedule for the next 3 semesters (I'm currently a freshman) and I'm syked! (sp, I know ) Also, for those of you who read my A&P thread, she told me to take micro next semester, and then do A&P next year. So, my schedule looks pretty decent so far!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I may end up being a class of 2007'er! If so, maybe we'll be in the same class (@ MUW)! LOL
Just doesn't look like I'll be able to finish up my pre-reqs in time since I have to work full-time... if I could cut back my work hours or quit completely, maybe I'd make it next fall... we'll see!
Is Dr. Cox at MUW the pre-nursing advisor? I need to make an appointment and drive over there.

Might be here myself. I'm on the waiting list to get into the nursing classes, so it depends on when I will be able to get started. If I get started by next fall, it'll be 06, if any later, 07.
I'm in A&P II and NA Training this term. So far, so good I guess. It's my 3rd quarter back in school. I've had chem, A&P I and a couple allied health classes so far.

Woo Hoo! I didn't know you were coming here! We'll have to talk soon about it! :) Yes, Dr. Cox is the pre-nursing advisor. The number is 662-329-7299, but she is the BSN. I think there is another person for the ASN, but I don't know who it is.
Hope to see you soon!

I may get to be an 07' Lpn graduate. I'm hoping for 06' so i can be an 08' ADN graduate. I guess fate will determine it for me :)
After this thread, i starting working on my potential class schedule, and it looks like i'll be able to apply for my nursing program for the summer of 05'! That would be so great for me to be in the graduating ADN class of 07 :) I can't wait

I am a male student doing my prerequisites now at a community collage, getting ready to apply to nursing school. Dose anyone know if there's a better chance of males getting into nursing school because there the minority? Just curious...

I registered for classes a couple weeks
ago, I'm just getting my pre-reqs right now,

Hey Fellow Classmates
I just finished up my second semester of Prereqs for my ADN. I am taking classes full time, but I've got 3 semesters of biology left before all of my prereqs are met (Into to Cellular Biol, A&P I&II, and Micro), SO I won't be able to apply to the nursing program until Fall '05. I am going to cover my bases and get my Associate of Science Transfer Degree at the same time, so that I will have all of the reqd. coursework done if I decide to go back for my BSN later.

I too will be graduating as a RN in May 2007.
We're 1/8th there, and the first 1/8th was pretty easy...how hard can it be? :chuckle
