I'm looking for someone to interview about healthcare. I have a paper due this Friday and I'm needing someone from a different culture to answer the following questions. Please help me out because I haven't been able to find anyone in person. Please elaborate as much as you can. Preferably 4 sentences or more

1) How do people of your cultures and lifestyles want to receive healthcare?

2) What are your perceptions of how people from your culture or lifestyle are treated when receiving healthcare?

3) How can nurses provide culturally appropriate care for patients from your cultural or lifestyle background?

4) What other information do you think is important for nurses to know when taking care of people from other cultural or lifestyle backgrounds?

I cannot answer for others who belong to my racial/ethnic/cultural background.

The major issue with conducting an online interview is the skewed data that results. This is an anonymous forum and any respondent can masquerade as a nurse or lie about their cultural background. In the sphere of nursing education, professors expect these types of interviews to be completed in person to capture accurate data.

Specializes in critical care.

Different cultures from what? And if I tell you I'm Mongolian, how do you know I'm not really from Djibouti?
