APA format

I ran out of black ink. Nowhere can I find that a paper HAS to be in black ink. Would you ever hand in a paper in dark blue? I know this is probably really ridiculous and you'll all tell me to get to the ink store. :lol2:

I believe black and blue ink are acceptable. Then again, it depends on your instructor. I'd turn in a paper in blue ink and include a disclaimer that I'm a poor nursing student and can't afford a replacement cartridge at this time :lol2:

LOL...good idea! Well I made my husband go out and buy ink, lol. I didn't want to take the chance of getting a point taken off. Thank ya! :)

I would so not take a chance on anything with APA format. You were smart to have your husband get you a replacement black ink cartridge. You work hard on your assignments, so don't let something like the wrong ink color cost you any points. My local office supply shop loves me :heartbeat because I'm always going there for replacement cartridges or some other office supply that I need stat.

My biggest problem with APA format is spacing after a period. Just blowing it ONCE can cost a student valuable points and it's very frustrating. speechless-smiley-003.gif

Thanks.....I handed it in black and all, lol. Yeah I didn't want to take the chance. Sooooo glad that's finally done and if I could scream over the computer you'd hear me yell I HATE APA FORMAT!!!!!! :no:

I first learned the 5th edition APA format. Now that I am back in school, the 5th edition is outdated and has been replaced with the 6th edition. Let's just say I've had a few Maalox moments the past few weeks. :lol2:

Do you really hate APA formatting, or standardized formatting in general?
