Teamwork...better at night or during the day?

I'm just curious about the differences of working a day shift and working a night shift, particularly once it comes to working as a team. To me, and it is JMHO, the night shift might be a little better.

I agree with the posters favoring night shift. Hands down. We are usually shorter staffed and there is less support staff around so usually we are on our own up there, thus teamwork is essential to survive.

i work all shifts....nights/days, a mix. i say usually on nights is when i can expect the most teamwork and expect to be included as a "team" player. on days, pretty much, folks function in their own "spheres"..it is not always a bad thing...it works for them. But for the people, I usually prefer nightshift folks. We are TIGHT.
