Is there another nursing bulletin boards site for nurses to chat, peruse?

I am new to this and was just curious to see if there were any. If so, would someone be able to let me know how to get to them.

Sarah, other bb's would be COMPETITION for ours, therefore advertisement for them is not allowed here.
