I'm sorry for posting what was already said. I didn't intend to make you feel stupid. Sometimes someone else posts while you're typing yours and you don't find out about it until you post yourself. Please don't feel stupid, it's only natural to seek information in a situation like yours.

oh no it's okay I didn't mean that you made me feel stupid. I was kidding anyways....I really should've realized you guys can't give me medical info and at the time I was just panicking. I'm okay now by the way. Maybe I did something when i was doing yoga yesterday LOL.
