Nursing Specailty ADD?

ok so i am a fairly new lpn 2yrs but have been in the medical field for about 5yrs i really do love nursing but with sooooo many different things that you can do and become cert. in how do you know WHAT to do? and do it without looking like a job hopper? I feel like i have specialty ADD really am i the only one?

I've had trouble finding my "niche". I've had four jobs in the past three years. =) Right now I work nights on a children's psychiatric unit at night; spend most of the night doing care planning and other paperwork and then at 6:30 in the morning we wake them up, I greet them with a friendly "Good Morning, how are you this morning??", hand them their medication, and then send them either back to their room or to the day room. I, for the most part, prefer a slower paced job and I'm pretty happy; benefits are good here, people are cool... think I'll probably try to stay a while. =)

You'll find where you want to be eventually. You aren't abnormal. =)
