I have had leg problems since I was 8 years old, when I got into a bicycle accident where my foot got caught inside the front wheel. I was told my L femur moved out its socket a bit and if the problem didn't fix itself before 12, then I would need surgery. I never did and I never did have major problems with it until I got older and I noticed my arch on my feet hurt sometimes and causes pain on my back and leg.
I only got one bad episode when I was working in my old job at the cardiologist, and I couldn't sit all day. My back just got the worst pain ever, and I couldn't walk at all. I went to my PCP and they did x rays, but nothing showed. I haven't any issues since then, and now today my back and leg is hurting, and I think I'm having an episode now or getting one. I think I need better shoes for this because it's possible that's the main reason why it's hurting.
Any good nursing shoes that can help my pain?

It would be impossible for someone to recommend shoes or a treatment without examining you & finding the exact cause of your pain.
Maybe you need a lift in one shoe? Maybe you need custom-made orthotics?
Would I need to see an orthopedist for this?
