Nursing Interview

hello folks, i need help in answering interview questions. I have graduated since 2012 as an RPN/LVN, and i have not been able to get anything stable only picks shifts with the agency.

can anyone help me on proper ways to answer interview questions such as

1. Tell about a decision you made. since there are decision making daily

2. How do you set priorities

3. How you dealt with a conflict

4.

Well...how do you?

They are your experiences. We can't help you unless you spill a bit.

Specializes in psych, addictions, hospice, education.

You can answer the questions. You've had experiences in your life, even though not in a nursing job, that will give you the answers you seek.

Well I think she's asking what they want to hear.

1. Try and find a hard decision that involved improving the care for that patient. All questions in the interview can be from non-nursing related experiences too. They just want to hear about a time you made a difficult decision to improve upon something or perhaps learned something detrimental.

2.

3. They want you to solve conflicts on your own, find something that involves this.

thks dear, exactly what i need cos I answer the questions but am not sure if am saying what the interviewer really try to get out of the answer. thanks.
