hello folks, i need help in answering interview questions. I have graduated since 2012 as an RPN/LVN, and i have not been able to get anything stable only picks shifts with the agency.
can anyone help me on proper ways to answer interview questions such as
1. Tell about a decision you made. since there are decision making daily
2. How do you set priorities
3. How you dealt with a conflict
4.

You can answer the questions. You've had experiences in your life, even though not in a nursing job, that will give you the answers you seek.

Well I think she's asking what they want to hear.
1. Try and find a hard decision that involved improving the care for that patient. All questions in the interview can be from non-nursing related experiences too. They just want to hear about a time you made a difficult decision to improve upon something or perhaps learned something detrimental.

3. They want you to solve conflicts on your own, find something that involves this.
thks dear, exactly what i need cos I answer the questions but am not sure if am saying what the interviewer really try to get out of the answer. thanks.
