nursing conference near baltimore?

Hi everyone...

I am in my last semester of nursing school. One of our assignments is to attend a conference and write a paper on it. It has to be about issues affecting nursing, not education. For example, on requiring bsn for entry level, not on a new technique in the OR. Anyway, does anyone know of a conference that might address such an issue somewhere around baltimore, in february, that would be open to a nursing student?
