Where can I find a list of opioid and non opioid pain medications by strength? It's hard to explain, but I'm looking for a chart or even a list of meds that has these medications listed from most effective to least effective along with half-lives and equivalencies.
I googled it and this was the closest thing I found...but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. Any ideas of where I can get this information?
Since I give a lot of pain medication at work I'd like to be able to readily compare them.

I like what you found - it'll give you a better idea of what you will see in various circumstances (e.g. PCA and peds), as well as clinical considerations, durations, onsets, etc.
Nice job! :)

I love leslie's link!
What you are looking for is called an equianalgesic chart.
Here is one:http://www.endpain.org/dosage.html
And another that is a pdf:http://www.tagpeoria.org/EQUIANALGESIC%20CHART.pdf
Another that is a bit more complex (but has a lot of information): http://champ.bsd.uchicago.edu/documents/Pallpaincard2009update.pdf
And last but not least, the 4 page one from McCaffery
