How do I send Private Messages.

Hello All,

I am currently a recipient of a message that I cannot private message anyone on All nurses until I have 15 quality topics. Does that mean I have to post 15 times or answer 15 times.

I have received some PM's and would like to answer them back.

You don't have to start 15 topics, you just have to post 15 times -- this includes posting to topics started by others.
