Hi, I am Haley and I am new to the site. I am currently a senior year nursing student in RI. I am soon to be married and have a 3 year old son. Much of my fiances family is planning on moving to Florida w/i the next year and we were considering the same. My only ? is about the pay rate in Fla. I have not been able to find any info. I have many jobs lined up here with a great pay rate but am so sick of N.E. I am expecting to take a pay-cut realizing the cost of living in Fla. in less than N.E. I know hourly pay rates are usually a private issue but I would really like the info and if any one would like to mail me directly at [email protected] it would be a great help. Also, are nursing jobs readily available in Fla.? I would like to stay in the ER or possibly oncology if this helps. On a final note, if no one would like to share there pay rate, maybe I could get some Fla. hospital phone # and speak with the facilities directly. Thank you so very much for any help.!
