english is my second language and although i know what the medical terminology means but my pronounciation is horrible of the words and and my spelling just as bad. is there a preferable pocket size or standard size dictionary that would help me with the phonetics & enunciation of the words? meow, the universal language of the kitty. :paw:

Webster's has a pocket-size dictionary that you can carry with you. Any bookstore will carry it.

i'm looking for something specific to medical things. webster's has one or just the english language? :paw: :paw: :paw: :paw: :paw:

Sorry, I thought you meant English in general. There is a medical dictionary but I'm not sure who puts it out. Merk, maybe? You can find it in any college bookstore that had nursing/medical classes, or a major bookstore like Barnes and Noble or Border's.

thank you tazzi. i'll check out our local bookstore or check out amazon too. some of these medications are very hard for me to pronounce.
