What exactly does it mean when next to your employment status it states: Withdrawn? I have never heard of that before.......

I don't understand why your manager did not mention this as a possibility? Surely HR must have notified her before now.

I actually kept tabs on their job postings/positions and mine was never posted. They actually took down a bunch of open positions they were hiring for.....almost as if the budget wouldnt allow.
I was not eligible for ST/LT disability benefits due to my short length of employment. I did tell her I would be there Monday and she said OK. I try to contact her and get no response. The letter tells me to contact her to set up a time regarding collecting my personal items from my office & turning in my ID.
this past week she even asked me to email her copies of all my doctors notes so she could update my file.

People do crummy things ALL the time. You just have to move forward.
It isn't the obstacles thrown in our way that define us.... its how we navigate arund them that counts.

Man I'm feeling super lucky. I was at my new job for almost 5 months when I had to go on leave for 3 months. I was able to go on FMLA and get ST disability payments. Hang in there OP, hope you're feeling better and a great job is just around the corner.

Just read your update--and I am so sorry you were terminated. I would contact the NM regarding your things, see if you can get letters, and see if you can apply for any open positions.
Best wishes.
