Does BSN compare to RN/BS.HSM

Hi everyone I am new on the forum a pre-nursing student with a question: what is the difference between a RN/BSN and an RN/BS.HSM (bachelor of science in health services management) as far as positions and pay rate? I have a BS/HSM degree and will be entering the accelerated track program for RN...just trying to determine my options or if I need to be looking for a BSN program?

You don't need to go looking for another program, especially if it is a Bachelor's degree in a health science.

I do not have a BSN and it has never stopped me from doing whatever I want.:)

I have a BS in HH or Holistic Health, and I am a RN and I can worked in whatever I want if I want. My hospital will except a BS in any part of the health profession as long as you are RN.
