Culturally diverse nurses...
Cultural diversity is something I feel very passionate about. We all know that they are needed in nursing, but why should they want to be in it? I'm helping out on a project in school, and I need to to know why nursing would be a great profession for these populations. Any suggestions

Well, first of all, who is "they"? There are many many cultures, so exactly which ones are you speaking of??

Well, it is a good paying job. It's interesting. They will meet a lot of different patients, people they would normally not encounter in everyday life. They can help people. It's a good job for moms because of flexible hours, easy to go parttime, etc..
I think the reasons to go into nursing are pretty universal and apply to a wide range of people.
