Happy New Year Allnurses!

I've done online searches for RN LTC pay, but all I get is just general RN salary (probably based on hospital pay). I know there can be significant differences between acute vs LTC pay. Can someone help me figure out what a RN in LTC makes with six years nursing experience? I'm currently MDS, so MDS nurses and bedside nurses please help me out!

Thanks all!

Depending on where, but out on the Eastern Plains the starting salary is around $18.00 for new grads, and I started 10 months ago at $27.00 with 22 years under my license. Unless MDS is also the ADON at some places, the salary range is about that. Management salary is around $55,000/year.

Hope this gives you some ideas.
