was in chat - the screen "expired" - what happened?

I was just in allnurses chat

trying some of the buttons

then the screen went poof - and I was left with a screen that said "page expired"

what happened?

now I can't find any button to chat - where's it gone?

what have I done?

You didn't do anything, you just need to refresh. I get that sometimes when I click on something. Either hit your back button and try again, or start from the beginning and re-enter the chat room.
