I wonder if any of you has any sage advice.

To clarify, this person has several PD's but most notably has borderline PD:rolleyes:

Specializes in ER/Geriatrics.

It is even harder working with personality disorders

Advice: Don't get pulled into the emotional vacuum that is borderline behavior. Limit your time spent with them, for instance to 10 minutes per interaction. Always reward positive behaviors (think 3 year olds), ignore negative attention seeking behaviors. This is the most therapeutic for BPD's.
