I am working very hard, together with an attorney, to have the board of nursing in my state dismiss 3 claims made by a prior employer (I resigned from the position, wasn't fired) to the Board. It is costing me alot of disgust and money to do this. I don't know if it's worth it, if in fact they are dismissed, I cannot find a job.
Does anyone know what a hospital's perspective is regarding an applicant who's case was dismissed because the claims were unfounded or unwarranted? Anyone out there been in this position and found a job?
Is there life after this as a nurse?
